Wall Bunker Doors - maximum protection

One of the most powerful and anti-burglary doors in the Muscle series. Reinforced concrete construction, a powerful bolt system, vault blocking devices, and electric locks make these doors impenetrable. By its parameters, Muscle WALL exceeds the 6th anti-burglary class DSTU ENV 1627:2004, and easily withstands forced attacks:

• Pistol, assault rifle, machine gun, grenade explosion, crowbar, sledgehammer, angle grinder, gas cutter, jackhammer, fire, hostile takeover, evil spirits.

Scope of application: closed-type offices, vaults, panic rooms, bunkers, high-security facilities. The doorway is maximally reinforced, the walls are stitched with a reinforcing mesh, 12mm in diameter, with a step of no more than 15cm, and sheathed with 14mm thick metal. The leaf and frame consist of channel beams, angles, reinforcing mesh, high-strength reinforced concrete, and metal sheets. Large format hinges of proprietary production with a bearing system. They allow the door to be easily opened and closed, despite its enormous weight – over 1 ton. Thanks to competent design and load distribution, the door does not sag or rub.

A distinctive feature is that these concrete doors can be made for both outward and inward opening. The opening angle is 180* with 100% clearance (if the room layout allows). Classic locks and door handles are absent. A powerful vault-type bolt system, three-way locking, vault blocking devices, and electric drive locks are used. The mechanism is perfectly balanced, works easily and precisely. The opening element is the proprietary wheel handle. As a rule, there are no control elements on the outside: no handles, no keyholes. Unlocking and opening occur remotely or only from the inside. The gap between the door and the frame is minimal. This does not allow a tool to be inserted for an attempted break-in.
